Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 19, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 3, 2017, to correct the caption of the decision and order dated May 3, 2017, to reflect the correct spelling of the appellant's first name and, in effect, to clarify the decision and order dated May 3, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to correct the caption of the decision and order of this Court dated May 3, 2017, to reflect the correct spelling of the appellant's firs name is denied as academic as the caption was previously corrected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
