Motion by the defendants-respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs with respect to appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, both dated May 9, 2016, to calendar the appeals together, and to enlarge the record under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-06138 to include the order dated May 9, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-06155.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the defendants-respondents' time to serve and file briefs is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until June 15, 2017, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied as unnecessary and on or before June 15, 2017, the defendants-respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-06138 containing the order dated May 9, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-06155.
