| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION y, |
Motion by Glenna Crosby, as administrator of the estate of Roger Crosby, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Roger Crosby, and, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Roger Crosby, as legal guardian and parent of Iyan Crosby, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 29, 2015, and to adopt the brief previously filed on behalf of the appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Glenna Crosby, as administrator of the estate of Roger Crosby, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Roger Crosby, and is substituted as legal guardian and parent of Iyan Crosby in place of Roger Crosby, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 15, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
