| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 1, 2016, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was to enlarge the record to include the transcript of proceedings which occurred on February 21, 2016, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 7, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to remove the transcript of proceedings which occurred on February 21, 2016, which appears on pages 37 through 43 of the appendix, from the copies of the appellant's appendix filed with the Clerk of the Court, as directed by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 7, 2017, is extended until June 15, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
