| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered November 26, 2013, and for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was to be furnished with copies of additional transcripts and other material, which was determined by decision and order on mtoion of this Court dated January 9, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 10, 2017, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
