| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Paulina Vazquez to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 29, 2016, and December 6, 2016, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2016, is enlarged until July 31, 2017, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the brief of Paulina Vazquez, containing her points of argument on her appeal from the order dated June 29, 2016, shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Emimco, Inc., doing business as Empire Improvement Co. Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument with respect to the appeal from the order dated December 6, 2016, on or before August 30, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before October 4, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that Paulina Vazquez and Emimco, Inc., doing business as Empire Improvement Co. Inc., shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, in accordance with the rules of this Court.
