On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 15, 2016, and an appeal from a money judgment of the same court also dated November 15, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
