The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Cristian Morales, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered October 13, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent shall serve and file its brief within 30 days of the date of this decision, and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 7 days from the service of the respondent's brief.
