| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Stephen A. Zorn was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on June 1, 1987, under the name Stephen Alan Zorn. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2016, the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding in this Court against Mr. Zorn based on a verified petition dated April 12, 2016. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 10, 2017, Mr. Zorn was disbarred, effective immediately, based upon his resignation, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the disciplinary proceeding authorized by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2016, is discontinued.
