Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior applications for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated May 6, 1996, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 17, 1991, which prior applications were denied by decisions and orders of this Court dated February 25, 2015, and November 30, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
