It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Daniel Rendino is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal for the portion of the order of Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated January 25, 2017, and entered January 26, 2017, denying a pro se request for resentencing pursuant to CPL 440.46 in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before June 16, 2017.
