An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 17, 2017, which denied petitioner's writ of habeas corpus, And an order of a Justice of this Court, dated March 22, 2017, having denied an interim reduction of petitioner's bail application pending hearing and determination of said application by a full bench, And petitioner-appellant having moved for an order releasing him from jail on his own recognizance, or for a reduction of bail, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied.
