ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 16, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2016, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "November 3, 2016", and substituting therefor the date "September 23, 2016."
