Motion by D. K. for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 20, 2016, and March 1, 2017, respectively, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2016. Cross motion by T. K., inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated March 1, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the an appeal and cross appeal from that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the orders are appealable as of right; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of stated portions of the orders is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2016, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until July 17, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
