| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 24, 2017, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as terminated the appellant's supervision of the subject child and to continue the appellant's supervision of the subject child pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated April 24, 2017, as terminated the appellant's supervision of the subject child is stayed and the appellant's supervision of the subject child is continued pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 19, 2017, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before June 19, 2017, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent-respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
