Application by Kenneth Page, as administrator c.t.a. of the estate of Kathleen Mandell, also known as Kathleen Page, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 18, 2013, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Kathleen Page, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED the application is granted, Kenneth Page, as administrator c.t.a. of the estate of Kathleen Mandell, also known as Kathleen Page, is substituted for the deceased appellant Kathleen Page, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 18, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
