| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 25, 2014, to strike the supplemental brief filed by the appellant on February 2, 2017, and to direct the appellant to serve and file a replacement brief in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's supplemental brief is stricken, and on or before June 15, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief, in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2016.
