Application by Nancy Buck, as administrator of the estate of Alejandro Rey, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Alejandro Rey, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 30, 2015, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Nancy Buck, as administrator of the estate of Alejandro Rey, is substituted for the deceased appellant Alejandro Rey, and the caption is amended accordingly.
