DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 23, 2016, June 6, 2016, and June 28, 2016, respectively, to strike the brief filed by the attorney for the child on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the record and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike the brief filed by the attorney for the child is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 15, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
