| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Catherine A. Brienza for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Brienza was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 11, 1986. By decision and order on application of this Court dated October 15, 2013, Ms. Brienza was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law §§ 90(2) and 468-a.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Catherine A. Brienza is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Catherine A. Brienza to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
