Joint application by the respondents Incorporated Village of Hempstead, Wayne J. Hall, Sr., and Incorporated Village of Hempstead Community Development pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
