ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 9, 2017, in the above-entitled appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 29, 2016, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 23, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "July 24, 2017."
