the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon petitioner's submission of a detailed notarized affidavit, in compliance with CPLR 1101(a), setting forth

whether petitioner's Family Court counsel was assigned or retained and, if retained, the terms of petitioner's retainer agreement with counsel, the amount and sources of funds for counsel's fee, and an explanation as to why similar funds are
