Appellants having moved to consolidate and to extend the time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on July 19, 2016 (appeal Nos. 1 and 3), July 5, 2016 (appeal No. 2), June 8, 2016 (appeal No. 4), June 13, 2016 (appeal Nos. 5 and 6),

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Matthew J. Bird, Esq., dated May 11, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the appeals from the orders entered July 19, 2016, July 5, 2016, June 8, 2016, June 13, 2016, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and.

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before July 21, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
