Appellant having moved to proceed pro se on the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered December 5, 2014 (KA 14-02214) and December 4, 2015 (KA 15-02121), and the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered August 5, 2015 (KA 15-01349), and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Isiah Williams sworn to April 24, 2017 and May 8, 2017, notice of motion with proof of service thereof, affirmation of Charles D. Steinman, Esq. dated May 10, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the orders of this Court entered December 9, 2016 are vacated, and appellant may prosecute his appeals as a poor person pro se, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeals herein may be prosecuted upon the original papers and ten briefs, handwritten, typewritten or reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Monroe is directed to provide Isiah Williams with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audio taped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered December 5, 2014 and December 4, 2015 are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Ontario is directed to provide Isiah Williams with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audio taped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal from the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered August 5, 2015 is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeals in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (c) (1), and

It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeals on or before September 21, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
