Motion by the defendants-respondents, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including determination of a certain motion, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2016, to enlarge the record to include certain documents, and to impose a sanction upon the appellant and its counsel.
