Motion by Angelo Cataldo, executor of the estate of Catherine Cataldo, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Catherine Cataldo, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Angelo Cataldo, executor of the estate of Catherine Cataldo, is substituted for the deceased appellant Catherine Cataldo, and the caption is amended accordingly.
