DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Regan U. Lally from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 5, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 7, 2017, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information within 30 days after the date of the decision and order on motion. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 7, 2017.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 7, 2017, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
