Motion by the appellants Firemen's Benevolent Association of the Town of Eastchester and Jeffrey Levin to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 2017, as well as all proceedings in the above-entitled Proceeding No. 1, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment.
