| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants, inter alia, to extend the time to serve the respondent with the joint appendix, the supplemental joint appendix, and the parties' briefs on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 21, 2016, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve the respondent with the joint appendix, the supplemental joint appendix, and the parties' briefs is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 26, 2017, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall (1) correct the covers of the copies of the joint appendix, the supplemental joint appendix, and the parties' briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court to reflect that Pandora Wilson is a respondent, (2) serve the respondent with the joint appendix, the supplemental joint appendix, and the parties' briefs, with the corrected covers, and (3) file proof of service; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, or before July 26, 2017, the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 9, 2017, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file a single reply brief in response to the brief filed by the third-party defendant-appellant-respondent and the brief, if any, filed by the respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
