Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic And Parking Violations Agency District, rendered August 1, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals from summonses issued on the same date.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and appellant shall have 45 days from the date of this order within which to perfect the appeal, and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking to consolidate the appeals from several lower court docket numbers is denied, as the appeal is from docket numbers: B123156, Y191777, Y191778, Y191779.
