ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 17, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims, dated December 16, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 17, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "May 18, 2017."
