ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 17, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 16, 2017, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Gary Peterson" and substituting therefor the name "Gary Petersen."
