ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by G. B. K. on an appeal from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 29, 2016, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 5, 2016, to enlarge his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 19, 2017, and to enlarge the time of K. A. K. to serve and file a supplemental brief in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated April 19, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time of G. B. K. to comply with the decision and order on motion dated April 19, 2017, is granted, and on or before June 10, 2017, G. B. K. shall serve and file a supplemental joint appendix containing the judgment, the notice of appeal and the notice of cross appeal from the judgment, and any other additional portions of the record that are necessary to consider the issues raised on the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment, as well as a supplemental brief raising issues that were not raised in the briefs filed on the appeal from the decision and order dated February 29, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied without prejudice to K. A. K. making an application or a motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
