DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Edward E. Ceasar to be relieved as counsel for the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 19, 2014, on the ground that the respondent failed to communicate with counsel. Separate motion by the appellant to preclude the respondent from filing a brief or participating in oral argument on the ground that the respondent failed to timely file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
