Motion by the plaintiffs, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 5, 2017, and May 10, 2017, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, is granted, and enforcement of the orders is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
