On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 30, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 29, 2016, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 5, 2016, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "June 10, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "June 12, 2017."
