Appellant Al Dirschberger, as Commissioner of Erie County Department of Social Services having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 5, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Michelle Parker, Esq., dated May 15, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereon, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that appellant Al Dirschberger's motion is granted, and appellant Al Dirschberger shall perfect the appeal on or before June 27, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal as it relates to Al Dirschberger is hereby dismissed without further order.
