Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 9, 2017, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, and to seal Exhibit L annexed to the motion papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal Exhibit L annexed to the motion papers is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
