ORDERED that the orders on application of this Court dated March 9, 2017, and May 16, 2017, respectively, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 20, 2015, are amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "Harriet N. Humphrey, appellant, et al., defendants," and substituting therefor the words "Harriet N. Humphrey, et al., defendants, Lionel Humphrey, appellant."
