Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated January 18, 2017, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 30, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers, including an affidavit showing that respondent's counsel was served with the motion.
