Appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fourth District, entered February 23, 2016. The order granted a severance motion by respondent to the extent of severing so much of the action as was brought by plaintiffs Elmont Wellness Chiropractic, P.C. and Innovative Health Chiropractic, P.C.
