ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 16, 2015, the order on application of this Court dated December 2, 2015, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 29, 2015, is amended by deleting therefrom the name "Iyan" and substituting therefor the name "Ivan."
