ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 1, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 20, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
