Motion by the appellant for leave to file the portion of the record containing photographs of the infant FBK under seal on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 10, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the portion of the record containing photographs of the infant FBK filed with the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, in connection with the motions and cross motion that were determined by the order dated January 10, 2017, shall be filed under seal in a separate volume of the record containing only those photographs.
