Appeals by Administration for Children's Services from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 6, 2017, and April 11, 2017, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Kathleen M. Wallace, Esq., dated May 15, 2017, it is
ORDERED that the respondent Tiavana Charles is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of Tiavana Charles:

(2) the respondent Tiavana Charles is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact her, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
