Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to hold a certain court reporter in contempt for failure to provide a transcript of the proceedings which occurred on December 9, 2014, in the above-entitled action on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered September 24, 2015.
