| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 28, 2014, and to be provided with the motion papers that resulted in the order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 27, 2014, as well as a copy of that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 24, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall provide the appellant with copies of the motion papers that resulted in the order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2014, as well as a copy of that order.
