DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner for an enlargement of time to serve and file submissions pursuant to General Municipal Law § 712(10) in a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law § 712 to determine whether the proposed annexation by the City of Middletown of certain real property located in the Town of Wallkill is in the overall public interest.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the petitioner's time to serve and file submissions pursuant to General Municipal Law § 712(10) is enlarged until August 7, 2017, and the submissions shall be served and filed on or before that date.
