Application by the objectants-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated October 19, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the objectants-appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 14, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the objectants-appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
